Magna Souza founded Magna Cleaning in 2005 with a clear purpose: to build a residential cleaning company defined by consistency, professionalism, and accountability.
As a young child helping her mother clean their home, Magna quickly learned about the emotional and health benefits of a clean home. But with four brothers and two sisters living in a small house, she also learned that maintaining a home clean required discipline, attention to detail, and pride in one’s surroundings. Those early lessons shaped her approach to both life and business.
Magna gained hands-on experience in the cleaning industry while working as a field manager for a Boston-area company. During that time, she saw a recurring gap in the market. While many companies offered cleaning services, few had the systems, training, and oversight needed to deliver consistent results.
She founded Magna Cleaning to close that gap.
From the beginning, Magna focused on building professional teams, establishing structured workflows, and implementing meaningful quality control. Today, she personally oversees training programs, supervises team managers, and ensures company standards are upheld across every service.
Magna remains deeply involved in daily operations, believing that strong leadership begins with understanding the work firsthand. Her commitment to training, process, and client care continues to shape the company’s culture and reputation.
Under her leadership, Magna Cleaning has grown through long-term client relationships and referrals, serving hundreds of families throughout the NH Seacoast and surrounding communities.
